I want to give a huge shoutout to Betsy at Tom Bush Collision Center for the outstanding customer service throughout the repair process of my vehicle. From start to finish, Betsy has been extremely communicative, professional, and consistent with following up and keeping me informed. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is being handled properly and that the repairs are completed to 110%. What I appreciate most is the confidence and peace of mind she gives you as a customer. Having your vehicle in a collision center can already be stressful, but Betsy makes you feel like you have absolutely nothing to worry about and that your vehicle is in good hands. She takes the time to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure you’re comfortable with the entire process. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trusting someone with a vehicle you care about. I will never go anywhere else for collision repair. The team was honest, fair, and very timely on repairs. Crystal was super helpful through the entire process. Mason did an excellent job on my wheels as well. Highly recommend the Tom Bush Collision team.

Crystal was amazing! She promptly answered Phone calls she kept me up-to-date on when parts were ordered and then expected. She apologized for delays that we’re out of her control.. The final product that I got back is perfect. It is just like before my rear ending. So between the technicians and then Crystal managing the customer, ME! Tom Bush team has an amazing service going I would recommend them to absolutely anyone and maybe I’ll have Crystal over for Christmas dinner!

I unfortunately had a collision with my g20 m340i. I selected Tom Bush collision as I wanted a shop that was familiar with BMWs (Tom Bush is also a certified BMW CCRC). I had a great experience working with Crystal and the Tom Bush Team throughout the entire process. Disregard any reviews complaining about how long the repairs take. Tom Bush follows OEM procedures/parts and that will require additional supplements with insurance. Highlights - Total process from drop off to pickup took about 6 weeks (a lot of the time was spent on insurance supplements). Paint match and blending is excellent. All new OEM parts. My high end tint was preserved during the quarter panel replacement. Interior trim was nicely put back together and there are no new rattles. Door seals and gaskets were nicely installed and there is no abnormal wind noise.
